Limerick Sports Partnership is encouraging men across the county to take positive steps towards improving their health and wellbeing during Limerick Men’s Health Week 2026, which runs from Monday 15th to Sunday 21st June.

Men’s Health Week is celebrated across Ireland and around the world, highlighting the importance of looking after physical and mental health, making positive lifestyle choices, and seeking support when needed. This year’s theme, “One Step at a Time,” reminds us that small, consistent actions can make a big difference to our overall well being.

To mark the week, Limerick Sports Partnership has teamed up with local clubs, community groups and activity providers to offer a variety of free events for men of all ages and abilities.
