Limerick Milk Market Health Activation Weekend

This month the group will be sporting the hashtags #bialuimní and #limerickeatshealthy along with a range of city wide health food & healthy lifestyle sponsored events in January. The aim of these hashtags is to promote the Limerick Milk Market health activation weekend.
The events will focus on healthy/wholesome foods and physical activities like the recently launched cycling initiatives in partnership with: Limerick Smart Travel, Limerick Milk Market, Sophie’s Journey Foundation and St Marys Aid. The Milk Market is proud to present a series of activities this January weekend to kick start a new year of new health opportunities for all in Limerick!
Friday 15th Bike Mechanics, Fresh Food, and January Blue Busting Live Lunchtime Music Session with the Old Black Dogs,
Saturday 16th the best of local produce to pack the shopping bags & health conscious cupboards this 2016 with a delicious range of natural, wholesome and organic foods from your local Milk Market.
Sunday 17th Children’s Cycling Training and Safety Class, Limerick Sports Partnership, Limerick Bike Hub, Planet Health Club, Val’s Kitchen fermented foods, Gasta and Hook & Ladder team up for a short health cooking demo plus a range of Artisan Milk Market Natural & Super Foods.
