Christmas is fast approaching and what is Christmas without everyone’s fun and favourite festive activity? Limerick on Ice returns for 2015 at Arthurs Quay for its 12th year running making it Ireland’s longest established skating rink!

Situated right in the heart of our beautiful city Limerick on Ice is suitable for old and young alike as well as being easy to find and the perfection location to find parking.

Whether you’re a professional skater or if skating simply comes natural to you, even if you have never stepped foot on the ice in your life, you definitely won’t want to miss this year’s main Christmas attraction.

Limerick on Ice is open from Thursday, November 26 until Sunday, Janueary 10, from 10am until 10pm, daily. You can check out their website, below, for time exceptions. Group bookings and family discounts are also available.

The ice rink also offer a student night for those who want to take time out and relax from all the study or for those celebrating the end of those dreaded exams. Student night is held every Wednesday from 7pm until 8pm and tickets are available to students at a discounted rate of €10.

On top of everything else Limerick on Ice are offering skating vouchers for those of us pulling our hair out over Christmas present ideas!
