We volunteer on a Day and Nightly basis by patrolling the banks, bridges and surrounding areas of our community to help prevent suicide. We are hoping you can help us this time around by joining us on this challenge!”

Pat added, “5km June advocates, educates, and bring’s awareness to the crisis of suicide, as well as, to offer support to the survivors that are left behind. Join Us Virtually and come together with friends and families of those loved ones lost and help us break the stigma around suicide, depression and mental illness.”
