Limerick Youth Service Be Well Limerick Week

Limerick Youth Service Be Well Limerick Week – Members of LYS and the Be Well Limerick community at the Milk Market on Culture Night.

A talk with a leading mental health expert and a number of interactive and diverse workshops are just part of a busy programme for Limerick Youth Service Be Well Limerick Week.

Running from Monday, October 31st to Sunday, November 6th, Be Well Limerick Week is a youth led mental health initiative that will promote positive mental health and well-being.

The week aims to equip young people with a mental health and well-being First Aid Kit, tackle the stigma sometimes associated with mental health and promote a help seeking culture.
