Limerick College of Further Education Open Day
Limerick College of Further Education (LCFE) is holding its annual Open Day on Tuesday 3 February from 10am to 6pm. The extremely successful event each year draws a great number of people interested in learning more about the College’s programmes and facilities. Teaching staff will be there on the day to provide information recommended and answer any questions for potential learners, parents and guidance counsellors. Also details are available on maintenance grants as well as social welfare information.
The Open Day will feature an inspiring Visual Arts Exhibition (Art and Design, Fashion, and Photography) which is produced by LCFE learners and presented by academic staff. The top class exhibition can be enjoyed by all visitors. As in previous years there will be a series of short Information Sessions introducing prospective learners to the College and the online application process. These sessions will be held at 11am, 1pm and 3pm.
The Limerick College of Further Education Director, Pat Maunsell, said about the open day: “Staff are to be congratulated on the excellent preparation and planning that goes into this event every year. I’m looking forward to seeing a large volume of visitors on campus once again this year.”Limerick College of Further Education is now accepting applications for its more than 50 full-time Day Programmes in the 2015/16 academic year.
