Currently employing two people, the comany has raised €100,000 in funding and has high ambitions for 2026 with a goal of reaching €1 million turnover by the end of next year.

Speaking with the Business Post, Lynch said the company is “launching soon in the UK” and that they have plans to add “two more porducts” to their current offering, she also said, “By the end of 2026, the goal is to hit €1 million in turnover.”

Leonie has an interesting skill set brought together in this latest venture. A graduate of Limerick School of Art & Design, Leonie worked as an artist for ten years before pursuing an academic stint at the University of Limerick completing a master’s in Marketing and a PhD in the Kemmy Business School. Leonie is also an experienced trainer, an impassioned Pilates instructor, a fierce female force, and a dedicated mother of two girls. Strength is at the heart of what she does, and she believes in building it from the inside out, body, and mind.

The idea for her brand came in 2014 when she was running on empty. She was weaning her newborn daughter, exhausted and busier than ever. She needed something nutritious but absolutely delicious. Her creation of Juspy didn’t come around until 2016 when she was pregnant with her second daughter and became hyper-focused on creating Juspy to satisfy her need for sweet nourishment.

Juspy’s Collagen & Cacao Protein Blend is an all-in-one high-protein blend for chocolate lovers and health-conscious individuals who want to build a lasting healthy habit.

Leonie says, “Juspy was inspired by a time in my life I was in the juggle struggle and running on empty. The more exhausted I became, the more my chocolate cravings were getting completely out of control. Coffee was my go-to to get me through each tired day. I needed to nourish my body inside out, but because I was completely sleep deprived, I was simply too tired to care.

“Having worked as a movement coach for 15 years I know the important role nutrition plays in how we function. It keeps us going. It helps us focus.

“Health is about being good to yourself; being true to yourself and honouring the changing moments in your life. Motherhood floored me yet it was the catalyst for me to create Juspy. There is magic in all seasons. Pressure makes diamonds.
