Shannon Group CEO Mary Considine has welcomed the addition of a new Ryanair Malta service from Shannon Airport.
The first-ever scheduled Ryanair Malta service will commence from Sunday, March 27, and will run until Thursday, October 27. The Malta service from Shannon Airport will operate twice weekly, each Thursday (departing Shannon at 5.25 pm) and Sunday (departing Shannon at 10.40 am).
“We know that restoring connectivity is important to our airport customers and that is why we have been working hard with our airline partners to create exciting holiday opportunities,” Mary Considine said.
“We are delighted to be able to offer our airport customers another great destination with the Malta service from Shannon Airport. This brings to 20 the number of destinations Ryanair will serve from Shannon next summer including the three new Ryanair services which began operation last month to Fuerteventura, Birmingham and Budapest.

These destinations include Barcelona-Reus, Stanstead, Gatwick, Corfu, Malaga, Krackow, and Manchester, and many more.
