Following the announcement of the Thomond Park Stadium gig, “lifelong Limerick crooner” Liam O’Brien has put his positive thoughts into the universe to try and join Michael Bublé at the gig.

Liam took to social media to say, “Just heard that none other than Michael Bublé is coming to Thomond Park Stadium next summer. As a lifelong Limerick crooner who has been serenading this city since Brown Thomas was Todds… I feel it’s only right I throw my fedora in the ring to guest with him and his band.

“Nothing mad – just a local lad helping the man himself feel at home. You bring the band Michael, I’ll bring the Chicken Hut. If you’d love to see a local voice up there, let me know in the comments or hit the like. Genuinely cos, THIS would be an actual ‘dream come true’.”
