Miss Limerick 2018 at the Clayton Hotel this May

The annual Miss Limerick 2018 competition, in association with The Holman Lee Agency, Crescent Shopping Centre and Clayton Hotel Limerick will be held in the  Clayton Hotel on Thursday, May 31, 2018, as a joint venture in association with Miss Ireland. The winners will compete in the final of Miss Ireland Pageant for Miss World in Dublin.

This is one of the main events in the local social calendar and without a doubt, one of the most glamorous evenings in Limerick. The Hugh Campbell Hair Group will be on hand to make sure that the contestants’ hair is looking its best and Catherine Hickey’s team will work their magic with the contestants’ make-up. The Crescent Shopping Centre will sponsor a fashion show on the night, where the latest collections from a selection of shops will be showcased by the Miss Limerick hopefuls! The goody bags for the Miss Limerick contestants will be sponsored by Paese Cosmetics Ireland, which is a new addition to Shaws Department Stores. The entertainment on the night will be provided by a surprise act, MC on the night – Patrick Hogan.

The crowning ceremony of “Miss Limerick 2018” and “Miss Clayton Hotel Limerick 1st Runner Up” will take place on Thursday, May 31 2018 hosted by Clayton Hotel, located on Steamboat Quay, Limerick with a prosecco reception at 7 pm (sponsored by Forrestal Wine Merchants), main event kicking off at 8pm. Tickets will be available on the door for €10.

The winner will walk away with prizes covering all her beauty needs, to prepare her for the Miss Ireland final including a dress exclusively designed by Marion Murphy Cooney!

The reigning Miss Limerick, Racha Mennad shared her thoughts on entering this pageant in a recent interview and she agreed that it boosted her confidence. Racha added that she highly recommends for anyone interested to go for it!
