With the demand and interest in Martial Arts so current in Ireland at the moment it is definitely a good idea to check out Munster Martial Arts and what they have to offer. This Martial Arts association promise to develop family, community and students of all ages. Munster Martial Arts fights bullying

Master Pat Forde is the main Instructor for Munster Martial Arts.  Not only does Master Forde teach Tang Soo Do Karate classes but he also runs non-martial art classes. Stop the Bully Ireland is an anti-bullying service which was set up by Master Pat Forde. He runs these classes for vulnerable teens and he also empowers them with the skill to deal with bullying situations and improve their confidence. Master Forde and his students travelled to the International Championships in Cardiff in April 2015. It is one of the largest martial arts events in the world with many competitors. Master Pat Forde tells me that “working with Munster Martial Arts is one of the most fulfilling aspects of his life.”

In addition to martial arts classes this martial arts group are also passionate about the protection of kids from bullying. To this extent Munster Martial Arts have launched an Anti-Bully Bootcamp programme which has been very successful nationally. Anti-Bully Bootcamp helps kids turn possible bullying situations around by helping them build confidence, self-esteem & assertiveness with new body language, ways of speaking, and sense of self. At Munster Martial Arts each student will be helped to develop their martial arts skills to the best level they can achieve and that this will be done in a positively disciplined , structured, enjoyable and rewarding environment.

Munster Martial Arts aim is to teach traditional Tang Soo Do classes and kickboxing programmes. The classes are fun and effective. The syllabus is the most modern & complete martial arts classes are taught covering all aspects of kicking, punching, striking, throws, locks, take-downs, weapons and forms. The skills of self-defense & self-protection techniques are practical.
