The Network Ireland Limerick healthy lifestyle for success event will take the theme of ‘Healthy Mind, Healthy Body, Healthy Business’. Guest speakers Niamh Browne, MoMe and Tina Hnatysyn, Fit by Tina pictured above, will discuss how personal and professional success can be achieved through a healthy mindset and lifestyle. 

Following a successful start to the year, Network Ireland Limerick healthy lifestyle for success event will look at the role of a healthy mindset and lifestyle in professional and personal success

‘Healthy Mind, Healthy Body, Healthy Business’ is the theme for Network Ireland Limerick’s next event taking place on Thursday, February 23 at the Woodlands Hotel, Adare. Guest speakers Niamh Browne, MoMe and Tina Hnatysyn, Fit by Tina, will discuss how personal and professional success can be achieved through a healthy mindset and lifestyle. 

Following an inspirational start to the 2023 calendar of events which saw more than 150 attendees, the next Network Ireland Limerick event will look at the impact a healthy mindset and lifestyle can have on achieving personal and professional success.

As business owners, they will also share their journey in building their businesses from start-up to success. Through MoMe, Niamh Browne has developed a series of visual cues that promote mindfulness, positivity and self-love. Through Fit by Tina, personal trainer and online coach Tina promotes a healthy and balanced lifestyle through fitness, nutrition and body positivity. 

During the event, members of Network Ireland Limerick who operate in the area of wellness, health, fitness will also promote their services to the audience on the night through a mini-exhibition.  

Karen Ronan Brosnahan, President of Network Ireland Limerick, said, “With constant demands on our personal and work life, many people find it hard to slow down long enough to understand their own needs and invest in their health. This event will provide practical tips for working professionals and business owners to develop positive habits and maintain a healthy lifestyle throughout the year so they can achieve business success sustainably.”

Supported by LEO Limerick, this event is free for Network Ireland Limerick members and just €20 for non-members.
