New Communities Partnership offers FREE Migrant Job Training in Limerick
The New Communities Partnership (NCP)’s free training course, offered through NCP’s Migrant Access Programme, is for migrants who would like to get the job training. The Migrant Access Programme (MAP) delivers free employment training to migrants who are looking for employment, career direction or progression and opportunities to get into the labour market.
The programmes are leading these courses for quite some time and helping migrants to reach great success. In this November, the New Communities Partnership is bringing the training to Limerick.
There’s going to be a lot for participants to learn and take away from this course. During all of the sessions together, Participants will receive training on the Irish labour market; receive personalised career guidance on job, training & education opportunities; learn to write a successful CV & cover letter; understand recruitment advertisements and vocabulary; take part in practice sessions on communication and IT skills; and receive one-to-one support.
The training course kicks off next week, on November 7, at the Tait House Community Enterprise on Roxboro Road, Limerick, and will give everyone that attends the course all the tools they need to get the job they want or to find the training or education they need in achieving an accessible goal.
Tea, coffee and scones will be provided with each day, as well as subsidised transport each day!
So whether you’re unemployed or in a job you really don’t like, if you’re tired of searching for work, whether you’ve given up hope or are optimistic and still searching, or you just want to figure out how to progress in your career, then register to attend on these dates.
New Communities Partnership Sessions will take place on November 7th, 8th, 14th, 15th, 21st, 22nd, 28th and 29th, 2018. Training will start each day at 9.30 and continue until 14.30. Registration is vital.
