No 1 Pery Square hotel & Brasserie One restaurant has just launched a new and exciting wine menu. The menu sees the introduction of some great classics at fantastic value with new innovative producers bringing their wines to the market. No 1 works closely with many great suppliers and producers from all over the world to deliver an informative, interesting and exiting menu. The new menu maintains the brand ethos of No 1 which is to deliver cost effective high end wines with strong french influences to the market. The new list sees the introduction of some great organic and bio dynamic producers from Germany, Slovenia & Austria in particular. The list carries 15 wines by the glass & carafe and the Roederer champagne collection. Rhone specialist Simon Tyrell and Liam Cabot (Italian and Slovenian producer) have both been involved in choosing boutique producers for the No 1 menu. In house Sommelier, Juan Wisneiski and Proprietor Patricia Roberts having spend months of sourcing & tasting are now delighted to bring the new list to our customers. There is something for everyone and we hope our customers enjoy the wine chosen as much as we do. Also its important to note that all our wines are now available in the Artisan & wine shop situated in the hotel at great retail prices from just 10 euro per bottle.
