The Cranberries' brothers Noel and Mike Hogan are set to for the stage at Electric Picnic to perform together for the first time in 8 years
This will mark the brothers’ first live appearance since the band’s final concert at the London Palladium in 2017, just months before the passing of lead singer Dolored O’Riordan in January 2018.

In tribute to one of the nation’s most iconic bands, and Limerick’s own, brothers Noel and Mike Hogan are to take to the Electric Picnic stage to perform the beloved music of the Cranberries for the first time in eight years.

Two of the founding members of the group, the brothers, will be joined onstage by the RTÉ Concert Orchestra along with a special guest to revisit the Cranberries’ powerful hits. This will mark their first live appearance since the band’s final concert at the London Palladium in 2017, just months before the passing of lead singer Dolored O’Riordan in January 2018.

Electric Picnic, which is sold out, can expect to hear The Cranberries classics such as Zombie, Linger, and Dreams like they have never heard them before with the RTÉ Concert Orchestra. During their career, the band released eight studio albums, with the final ‘In The End’ being released in 2019, a posthumous album before the band officially disbanded.

The brothers’ appearance will surely be a highlight of this year’s festival for many rock fans. They are joined in a stellar lineup which includes Chappell Roan, Sam Fender, Kneecap, and Kings Of Leon, among many other acts.

In an Electric Picnic exclusive, Dermot Kennedy will join Noel and Mike Hogan of The Cranberries with the RTÉ Concert Orchestra as they unite to perform the band’s iconic songs for the first time in eight years.

The London Palladium in May 2017 was The Cranberries’ final performance. Since then, their music has continued to be as enduringly popular today as it was during the lifetime of The Cranberries. Join Dermot, Noel and Mike today at 3.30pm as they perform these hits accompanied by the rich sounds of the RTÉ Concert Orchestra.

The festival runs from August 29 to 31, with full details and performance schedules available on the Electric Picnic website.
