The Northstar Family Support Project is thrilled to announce the return of its much-loved fundraising event, NorthStars in Their Eyes, taking place on Friday, September 12 at 8 pm. 

The event is kindly supported by NaPiarsaigh GAA Club. It promises a special evening of entertainment that will shine a spotlight on local talent while raising vital funds for families across Limerick City and County impacted by a loved one’s substance misuse.  

Inspired by the iconic TV show, NorthStars in Their Eyes invites performers from across the region to take the stage as famous musical acts – from classic legends to modern pop stars. With dazzling costumes, music and surprise performances, the event promises an unforgettable night of laughter, energy, and heart.

The fundraiser is organised by Northstar Family Support Project, a Limerick-based organisation providing compassionate, non-judgemental support to families and loved ones impacted by another’s substance misuse.  All proceeds from the event go directly toward sustaining and expanding these vital services.

“This event is about more than just entertainment,” said Joe Slattery, Manager at Northstar. “It’s a celebration of community, resilience, and the power of people coming together to support one another.  Every ticket sold helps us reach more families who need us.”

The event will take place at NaPiarsaigh GAA Club, Elm Drive, Caherdavin Lawn, Limerick,V94 K6C4 on Friday, September 12th, with doors opening at 7.30pm.  Tickets are now on sale and can be purchased directly from Northstar Family Support Project ~ call 061 459260 or pop into the office at Hopeful House, 28 Johns Street, Limerick, V94 K5N5.

In addition to attending, members of the public and local organisations are encouraged to help spread the word by sharing the official event poster on social media and inviting friends, family, and colleagues to take part in a night that truly makes a difference.

Whether you’re there to cheer on a friend, support the cause, or just enjoy a night of feel-good fun, NorthStars in Their Eyes promises to be one of Limerick’s most uplifting nights of the year.
