“I am absolutely overwhelmed by this honour,” said founder Nicole Dunphy. “It is quite incredible for a Boutique Brand like ours to make such a mark on the global stage. Everyone who is anyone in Food is at SIAL. Our Sweet Range was picked up for being special and very unique out of thousands and thousands of products from every continent, that is just amazing!”

This is a special collaboration where the creative minds at Pandora Bell perfect flavours based on the Traditional Sweets and Fruits of Ireland but with a contemporary twist. The only added extras are natural colours and flavours.

The collaboration is then brought to life by expert sweet makers using the same traditional methods of boiling and rolling that has been used through generations of artisans in Ireland.

The flavours are Apple and Ginger, Raspberry and Rose, Blackberry and Champagne, Rhubarb and Vanilla, Grapefruit and Mint.

The sweet shop was derived from an old tale about Pandora Bell, a mysterious girl from the Georgian City of Limerick, the gateway to the Wild Atlantic Way. She was elegant and restrained, yet inside, there simmered an impulsive romantic. The essence of Limerick city is Irish yet it is also Classical and European. This European  heritage and Pandora’s love of food, art and literature was absorbed from her surroundings and fuelled her character and her dreams.

Secret recipes were gained from Historic Sweet makers of Ireland. Pandora Bell has been previously awarded by Blas na hÉireann, Image Business Woman of the Year and The Bridgestone Guide, to name but a few. World famous media organisations such as Vogue, Taste Berlin and Food and Wine Magazine, have complimented Pandora Bell.

Pandora Bell’s Handmade Sweets are made exclusively for Pandora Bell by one of Ireland’s historic sweet makers.
