Emerging in 2021 with their critically acclaimed debut album, ’20:20′ – dubbed “a fire starter” by Hot Press Magazine – Limerick rock band, Raging Sons bring their first release in almost one year and a half, ‘Talk’, representing a journey back to their origins.

The Treaty City ensemble made up of Fint Tynan (vocal/guitar), Colum Kelly (guitar/bass) & Adam Reeves (drums/percussion) have been playing together since the inception of Raging Sons in 2018, artistically inspired by bands like Muse, The Killers, and Nothing But Thieves.

Described as “melodious and avant-garde” by Sound Read Six, the inaugural ‘20:20’ fittingly showcases their unique sound: a medley of dark, enigmatic synth, roaring guitars, driving bass and powerful drums all forming a hurricane around mercurial and absorbing vocals; full of energy, angst, stoicism, heart, and honesty.

‘Talk’, the band’s newest single and first release in almost a year & a half, represents a journey back to their origins, a shedding of inhibitions, and an evolution of sound. “What would you say to your younger self?” is the inspiration songwriter Fint used in its lyrical conception, while guitarist Colum & drummer Adam grounded the song in a foundation of traditional rock ‘n’ roll, an ode to the likes of Smashing Pumpkins and Kings Of Leon.

A bright departure from the darkness of their earlier material, ‘Talk’ by Raging Sons was released across all major platforms on March 3.
