On Wednesday May 20, Rape Crisis Midwest launched a new video ‘What Happens Next Matter’ to raise awareness and support.
Miriam Duffy, RCM director said, ‘we are delighted to be launching this powerful and hard hitting video. We hope it begins a new conversation about sexual violence. Most people who are raped already know the person who raped them and have some sort of relationship with them. Survivors are never to blame. This is why, what happens next matters. Here at Rape Crisis Midwest we offer a safe and supportive space for survivors and those impacted by sexual violence to get the information and help they need, but we rely on the support of the community to meet the demand. Everyone deserves support and the chance to heal.’
The video commercial was kindly developed for Rape Crisis Midwest by the award winning Production Company Cashmere Media.
Rape Crisis Midwest would like to thank Tony Callaly (Producer) and Connor Maloney (Director) from Cashmere Media, the actors Roisin O’Neill represented by Nolan Muldoon Agency and Steven Tully.
