Journey with Red Riding Hood into the woods to help her make new friends and defeat the Wolf this Christmas, from December 7 to January 4
After the tremendous success of the last three years’ performances, the Lime Tree Panto presents its 2025 title, Red Riding Hood.
Written by Liam McCarthy and directed by Joan Sheehy, the company are excited to present 38 shows from December 7th 2025 to January 4th 2026. Returning Lime Tree Panto cast members, Hazel Park, Aidan Crowe, Jessica Bray, Cora Fenton and James Corr are joined by new recruits Patrick Ryan and Saoirse Daly.
They are supported by a fantastic ensemble again this year including; Eimear James, Grace Burke, Jack Moloney, Jennifer Connell, Seán McInerney, Siofra Cantillon Mann, and Zoë Allman Walsh.

A large part of this year’s cast, crew, and creative team are Mary Immaculate College graduates, and we are delighted to present musical theatre to Limerick with this calibre of talent.
Kick off your holiday season with a magical, all-singing, all-dancing, laugh-out-loud adventure at the Lime Tree Theatre’s annual pantomime. There’s something for everyone in this panto, from Limerick hurling references for grandad, to meme jokes for teens, to pop hits that will make everyone want to get up and dance.
Poor Granny isn’t well at all, and only Red can help her find the medicine she needs. Join our heroine as she sets off into the deep and dark and lonely woods, where wolves and ghouls lurk behind every corner…
