Originally from Limerick, Seán O’Meara has built a diverse and global musical career. A gifted multi-instrumentalist and award-winning performer, he has shared stages and collaborated with an impressive list of artists including Sting, Denise Chaila, Gavin James, and The High Kings.

He is also a long-time member of the Grammy-nominated group the olllam and continues to contribute regularly to studio and stage projects across the globe.

His music has been featured by major broadcasters such as RTÉ, BBC, PBS, and TG4, and his work across multiple musical ventures has amassed millions of streams. A graduate of the Irish World Academy, O’Meara also plays a key role in nurturing the next generation of Irish talent. He lectures in traditional and classical music and works with Music Generation to mentor emerging young artists.
