The couple, who have been together for nine years and share a son named Jacob, born in June 2022, originally got engaged in October 2022 during an Andrea Bocelli concert in Berlin.

Their official marriage took place on Friday, September 6, 2024, in a low-key ceremony in Limerick City. As they were planning the destination wedding, the official ceremony needed to take place in Ireland ahead of their Portuguese wedding.

At the ceremony, Sinéad wowed her guests, wearing a floor-length satin gown from Dreamy Curves Bridal in Bray, County Wicklow with makeup by Michelle Regazolli-Stone.
