Grand Slam winner-turned-IRFU professional referee Joy Neville was honoured at last night's Rehab People of the Year Awards in Dublin, as she continues to blaze a trail as one of the leading rugby match officials in Europe and beyond, winning the Sports Person of the Year award 2018.
