St Gabriel’s Foundation and Resilience Healthcare made it a day to remember on Sunday, April 28th when 40 families of children and adults with complex and/or medical needs visited the Respite House in Mungret for a Family Fun Day.

The Respite House was filled with fun, laughter and happiness while all the children and adults and their families got to spend some quality time together getting a chance to take a moment and see pure joy on their faces.

This was also a chance for families to enjoy the newly developed sensory garden which was fundraised for at ladies lunches and golf classics for the past number of years. There were trampolines, swings and roundabouts, fairy gardens, music stations, bubbles were blowing, seeds were sowing and vegetables were growing. There was sheer wonder all around.
