Stephen O’Driscoll wins two awards at this year’s Alternative Hair Visionary Awards

The Alternative Hair Visionary Awards is an award show whose aim is to identify and promote new talent from across the globe, whilst raising money for the Alternative Hair charity: fighting Leukemia.

Over the past few years the Visionary Award has grown in number and stature and now has 3 defined sections: Avant Garde, Cut Colour and Mens. From over 400 hundered entries, 36 finalists were chosen.

Hugh Campbell Hair Group stylist Stephen O’ Driscoll of Marbles Hair and Beauty Cruises St Limerick has won two prestigious awards at this year’s Alternative Hair Visionary Awards Ireland taking home the coveted “Avant Garde” award along with “Best Editorial Image”.

Stephen will now represent his country along with 36 global finalists at the prestigious Royal Albert Hall in London on October 11th 2015.

Stephen is a multi-award winning senior stylist, based in Marbles on Cruises St, part of the prestigious Hugh Campbell Hair Group.

Stephen boasts extensive experience in commercial, bridal and fashion work. To date, his accolades include; Best Irish Editorial Hairstylist 2015 and most recently Irish Visionary Avant Garde Hairstylist Award 2015.

Gaining experience while working on shoots for L’Oreal in London and Paris, and having his work featured in Italian Vogue, Stephen has been shortlisted for Irish Hairstylist of the year in 2014 and 2015.

It is clear to see how Mr O’Driscoll has excelled in his field, given the special attention he offers to each of his clients. Fully believing that hair design begins with the client and the shape of a face, he works with the angle of the jawline and client’s sense of style, making sure to style hair in such a way that magnifies natural and individual beauty.

Each cut is applied with careful consideration and precision, creating the ultimate bespoke look that is effortlessly sophisticated.
