All are welcome, and the event will be on a first come first serve basis with prices of tattoos ranging €30 to €50, and make sure to bring cash as there will be no debit/ credit card facilities on the day. There is also 20% student discount for students over the age of 18 with student IDs.

Louraine Tomlinson, a founding member of the Corbett Suicide Prevention Patrol Limerick said: “Response to the Tattoo For Life Event has been enormous and it’s so lovely to see the reason why people are getting so involved with this event and the aim of the game is to really break this stigma around mental health and suicide and I think this is such a great way to do it.”

Corbett Suicide Prevention Patrol Limerick would also like to say a massive thank you to all the support they have been receiving for Tattoo For Life event starting with the guys at Hard Knox Tattoos, Dairygold Co Op Superstore who will be providing coffee on the day and individuals who are providing baked goods on the day too.

The Corbett Suicide Prevention Patrol Limerick CSPP, which receives no government funding, is heavily dependant on assistance from the public, through donations and fundraising events, to buy necessary gear, such as; uniforms, jackets, PFD’s and other equipment.

The group’s main ethos is to broadcast the message that help is available and that there is always hope.
