The concert is expected to be a highlight of the summer following the band’s 2024 World Tour

Fans of the Irish rock band, The Script, will be in for a special treat as the group announces a massive open-air concert at Thomond Park Stadium, Limerick for Saturday, July 12, 2025 in what will be the band’s only live show in Ireland next year.

A must-see show for their fans in 2025 will also feature special guest James Bay, adding to the excitement of the night following their recent sold-out shows in Belfast and Dublin this coming November. Would-be concert-goers will anticipate the release of Thomond Park Stadium tickets which go on sale this Saturday, September 28 at 10am on Ticketmaster.

Thomond Park, the home of rugby in Munster, has seen some big concerts in the past including Bruce Springsteen and Pink, following sometime without a standout concert before Ed Sheeran performed in 2022, the venue came back with a bang for live music in 2024 with Liam Gallagher, Paolo Nutini, and Snow Patrol all taking to the stadium’s stage.

The concert is expected to be a highlight of the summer, following their 2024 World Tour where The Script will perform for more than 2 million fans worldwide including supporting P!nk across the UK, Europe, and America.

The Script’s world tour follows the release of their latest album, Satellites in 2023 which included their hit single “Both Ways”, marking a significant chapter in the band’s story as they honour their late bandmate Mark Sheehan who sadly passed away in April 2023 following a short illness.

Thomond Park will be the place to be once again for summer 2025 giving fans of the rock band the chance to see the band live in their only Ireland gig of the year, tickets are expected to sell out fast and early booking will be highly recommended.
