Thomond Park Wellness Workshop hosted by Suicide or Survive

Suicide or Survive in partnership with Thomond Park and Grosvenor Services is delighted to be hosting a Thomond Park Wellness Workshop on Wednesday, 16th November 2016 in Thomond Park, Limerick from 9:30am to 4:30pm

Suicide or Survive (SOS) is an Irish charity focussed on breaking down the stigma associated with mental health issues and ensuring that those affected have access to quality recovery services that are right for the individual. Suicide or Survive is committed to running Wellness Workshops in every community in Ireland. These workshops aim to help you understand and take responsibility for your own mental health.

Suicide or Survive are in a position to offer a Thomond Park Wellness Workshop to the community because of our funding from The National Office of Suicide Prevention, The Iris Obrien Foundation and our fundraisers.

The workshop can be of benefit to anyone who is interested in looking after their mental health and wellness.
