Limerick Tidy Towns have presented their monthly award for March 2016 to M&C Property, for the beautiful restoration of The Red Church on Henry Street for their new offices. Pictured outside the premises being presented with the award by Maura O’Neill of Limerick Tidy Towns are Managing Director Donogh Madigan and Director Diarmuid Madigan.

Maura says “For years the Tidy Towns team used to pick weeds and clean the basement around this beautiful old church, which had fallen into disrepair due to neglect, but we could always see its potential. Since taking it over as their new offices in November 2015, M&C Property have brought that full potential to life and more besides, by enhancing the original features of the old building with newly restored ironwork and beautifully painted doors, whilst also adding modern but sympathetic signage to show that while it has maintained all its historic features, it is now a fully functioning modern office building”.
