Acts for the Treaty Weekender Music Event include Lerosa, Aoife Ni Canna, John Daly and Fish Go Deep.

Music fans are in for a treat this October Bank holiday when Fish Go Deep, Lerosa, John Daly and 60 miles headline the “Treaty Weekender”. Limerick dance pioneer Cian Frawley and Rocky O’Shea welcomes a wide host of national and international acts to the Treaty city, for the mother of club nights that will take place in Shannon Boat Club in the heart of Limerick City.

Wesley Pier will be transformed in to an adult playground incorporating the majestic view, using marquees, yurts and function one sound systems. On the River have procured an amazing Weekend for the people who love to party. Saturday & Sunday both kick off at 3pm.

From 3-11pm on both days the music and fun will be outside on the Sarsfield bridge venue in a covered marquee right on the river.While from 10pm both nights Shannon’s Club House will be home for 500 dancing feet. This is only the tip of the iceberg, with other great artist such as Fatty Fatty Phonographics, Aoife Ni Canna, Peter Curtin, DID, Andrew  O’Donoghue, Shane Lineham, Lenny and A2DF.

Fish Go Deep’s Greg Dowling and Shane Johnson have 27 years in the house music business this year. That’s 27 years all the way from Sweat in Sir Henry’s to a plethora of quality releases and their currently monthly run at Cork’s Pavilion. While Lerosa and Aoife Ni Canna (Ireland’s top female DJ) both fresh from Electric Picnic are regular guests at Ireland’s best house clubs and festivals and are 2 DJs who really knows how to work a floor. John Daly won over the Deeper audience on his last trip to Limerick, with a stunning selection of underground house and party bombs that had dancers screaming for more.

This October Bank holiday weekend “Shannon Rowing Club” will be “Mecca” for Music lovers in Limerick and all over Ireland and anyone who knows anything about House/Dance/Disco or Funk and Soul will be at the “Treaty Weekender on the River” in Shannon Rowing Club on the 24th/25th of October. This Treaty Weekender is all about the days and nights of  quality music in an amazing location with happy, dancing smiling people.
