The Christmas Revision Course is crafted to maximise student performance using exam-focused notes, with in-person classes following Department of Education public health guidance.

During the 1 hour and 20 minutes of class time per subject each day, students will have the opportunity to focus on important skills such as exam strategy, timing techniques, and ongoing revision skills.

The Tutorial College revision course offers both Leaving Certificate and Junior Certificate timetables, ensuring students get the support they need in what is a busy year of academia.

The Leaving Certificate timetable offers a wide range of Higher Level subjects, including Biology, English, Maths, Chemistry, French, Irish, Economics, Geography, Business, Physics, Construction Studies, DCG, and more. The Junior Certificate timetable allows students to focus on Maths, English, French, Irish, Business, Geography, and Science.

Building on the success of the Easter revision course earlier this year, speaking with I Love Limerick, Principal John O’Halloran highlighted the college’s commitment to supporting students and delivering its classes in intensive academic preparation, noting the revision courses and weekly grinds allow people students who do not attend full-time to “avail of those grinds every Saturday as well as the intensive revision course.”

The Tutorial College Principal also noted the impact of the Easter and Christmas courses, stating that some students who begin with part-time grinds often choose to attend the college full-time later. “The revision courses started at Limerick Tutorial in ’85 to ’88. That’s what started Limerick Tutorial, and to this day, some of the people that come in for the grinds that come in for the Easter and Christmas courses come in full time to us, then afterwards.”

All Christmas Revision classes will be held at the college’s main campus on 12–14 The Crescent, Limerick. The Christmas Revision Course at Tutorial College offers flexible pricing based on the number of subjects chosen. Students can choose from 1 Subject at €195, 2 Subjects at €300, and 3 Subjects €460. Tutorial College has also announced a special discount on its four and five-subject courses, with 4 or 5 Subjects for the price of 3 subjects, priced at €460 instead of €520 and €580, respectively.
