Limerick will shine a light on its evening entertainment offerings with its Twilight Thursday events on July 31

Twilight Thursdays take place on the last Thursday of every month, bringing together cultural events, live entertainment, and late-night business openings to create a dynamic and welcoming atmosphere for all.
This month’s series of events will take place on July 31, kicking off with family-friendly activities from 5pm, including a petting zoo and live music at the Limerick Milk Market.
The family-friendly events continue with a Three Bridges Family Fun Walk starting at 6pm, featuring face painters, entertainers, and games at Howley’s Quay.
Kids can dance the evening away at The Wickham Way with DJ Stitch from Lilo & Stitch, while traditional storytelling sessions await at the Hunt Museum‘s “Twilight Tales.”
Spin Southwest will be celebrating its 18th birthday on the evening and brings Ireland’s”BIGGEST outdoor silent disco” with music from Eoghan Fitz and Marty Guilfoyle.
From live jazz at Lucky Lane and Latin beats at Charlie Malones to rock anthems at The Old Quarter, there’s something for every music lover. Later inthe evening, Pharmacia presents NoSkips for hip-hop and R&B and Reggae music fance with a live act from 20:30 – 21:30 with DJs from 22:00 – 02:00.
Foodies and drink enthusiasts will be spoiled for choice, with offers like tapas and sangria at 101 Limerick, twilight tacos at The Tequila Rooms, a “pour your own Guinness” experience at Timmy Martins, and a charcuterie and beer tasting at Treaty City Brewery. Wine lovers can head to The Copper Room or Bobby’s Wine Buy, while those seeking something unique can attend O’Mahony’s Paint & Prosecco for creativity and cocktails.
The Twilight + Zine Session with Limerick Printmakers will make for a more relaxing experience through this free printmaking and zine workshop at V94 FE06.
Other cultural offerings include ‘Photos, Travel and Adventure: Mastering The Art of Photography’ where you can use your mobile to create artistic photos to capture your spirit of adventure. Join the panel of experienced experts, all discussing how they see the art of photography today at 101 at 7pm.
O’Mahony’s Booksellers invites you to paint & prosecco night, a creative and socialable evening event that invites participants to explore their artistic side with a brush in one hand and a glass of prosecco in the other. Tickets €10 through Eventbrite, with 50 per cent of the proceeds going to NOVAS Limerick. Catherine Street, Limerick 7pm – 10pm
The Hunt Museum invite the public to join them special extended opening hours for Twilight Thursday as they open until 7pm. Gaeilgeoirí are in for a treat with the Ciorcal Comhrá and Trad Session at Crew Brewery, an Irish language meetup with the backdrop of a trad session.
