EvolveWithViv Event with Vivienne Connolly

Vivienne Connolly brings her EvolveWithViv series to Limerick, in a bid to support Limerick women.

EvolveWithViv Event with Vivienne Connolly shows life really does begin at 40

By I Love Limerick correspondent Chloe Reidy

Actress and model, Vivienne Connolly is set to help Limerick’s women over 40 to reclaim their lives in the second of her series of events called ‘EvolveWithViv’, on Sunday, February 24, at the Radisson Blu Hotel & Spa Limerick. It follows the great success of the launch of the series in Cork last September, at the Clayton Hotel.

Fiona Mc Namara, the owner of FMN make-up, will be attending EvolveWithViv and providing a make-up demo full of hints and tips.

The event will have speakers, including award-winning make-up artist and owner of FMN Makeup and hair salon, Fiona Mc Namara, fashion stylist and creative director, Chloe Markham and MD of Osmosis Skincare and owner of Skin26 clinic, Cáit Earley.

There will be masterclasses in skin, hair, make-up and fashion, pop-up shops for local brands, along with a fashion show which will include local boutiques. At the event, there will also be a Panel Q&A, where Vivienne will be on hand to answer the public’s questions.

Vivienne Connolly is a 45-year-old Fair City star, who developed the idea of EvolveWithViv over several years. The idea had to remain an idea though due to personal setbacks. With her children now older and more independent, and with advice from Celia Holman Lee, Vivienne went for it and made her idea and dream, a reality.

Vivienne Connolly spoke about the event, expressing how “this confidence-oriented event is specifically geared towards women over forty, as I have seen that the age groups below this tend to be catered for tenfold and I want to reiterate to the Limerick community and beyond that there is still life after 40 (or even after thirty if the case may be).”

The aim of EvolveWithViv is “ultimately about reclaiming your life”. Along with the masterclasses for fashion and skin care, there will also be classes for mental health and mindfulness, as mental health has as much significance as physical health and appearance. The event will be a place where she can divulge her pro tips and life advice on fitness, beauty and style.

EvolveWithViv will have a tantalising array of complimentary food and tipples, impressive goody bags, prizes, and a fashion show featuring real-life models in clothing from Limerick-based boutiques.

Guests will receive a bespoke lunch and goody bag included in the ticket price and can attend and avail of much more. Tickets are available for €65 on Eventbrite now.
