The duo met at Miss Lavelle’s Limerick Cabaret show in the great Chez le Fab in Arthurs Quay, which has since closed, but nonetheless the duo instantly clicked with one another over shared humour and an even stronger bond through their shared grief.

From there, the duo’s connection to one another stretched as far as losing their jobs together, which inspired them to pack up and spend days driving around Ireland in Breda’s 1991 VW camper, spending days busking in the streets and taking any gig that was offered to them.

Since then, the Wild Geeze have taken the queer cabaret scene by storm, creating a grief podcast called ‘Wild Geeze Good Grief Podcast’ where they tackle the very topic that made them closer than ever, the loss of an older sibling, as well as chats about sharing the stage with an array of talented performers in Ireland.

The Wild Geeze cabaret has performed together at popular comedy nights such as Mockie Ah, Ping Pong Disco, Dreams Fest, New Orleans Comedy Festival and many more.

The Wild Geeze cabaret night is an unmissable event and will have music, comedy, vagina puppets and performances from resident burlesque babe, the bewitching Virgo Moon, and drag artist Charnell Clearwater.

You can expect some very special performances on the night, including the Wild Geeze duo’s original songs ‘Any Oaks?’, ‘The farmer and the vegan should be friends’ and many more.

Amongst the lineup is a very special guest, Limerick Legend and comedian Karl Spain, and DJ Greany will be performing at the afterparty. It is certainly not a night to be missed!
