Limerick’s largest family & agricultural festival returns to Limerick Racecourse this year with a new Healthy Living zone. RTE medical series, You Should Really See a Doctor will be at the Show on Saturday 22nd August. 

The TV show are looking for intresting medical cases from Limerick to apply to go on RTE One to talk about illnesses they have tried to research themselves but now want real answers from real doctors whether it’s a new problem or something that’s been bothering you for years.

Have you been googling yourself into one of many equally terrible and terrifying illnesses? Have you or a family member or friend been putting off or avoiding the doctor for too long? Well, You Should Really See a Doctor…

Dr Pixie McKenna and Dr Phil Kieran are coming to you! In this brand new RTE One medical series Pixie and Phil travel to popular events across the country with their pop up clinic, offering on the spot consultations and health checks.

They are particularly interested in hearing from people who have researched their symptoms online and would like a real doctor’s advice. Most of us have been there: you feel a mild pain in the head and next thing you’re reading an Internet article about a rare tropical disease that you think you might have. From stomach problems, to sleep issues to skin problems – the real doctors want to hear from you.

If you are interested in taking part see the applications below and head down to Limerick Racecourse on August 22. You can also fill out an application form on behalf of a family member or friend by filling out the relevant section.
