The Hub was formed in 2020 by youths who wanted to see an initiative for young people to develop Foróiges digital youth work. Foróige’s digital youth work takes many forms under the umbrella brand of Foróige Go – digital skills for what’s now and next.

All of Foróige’s digital youth work programmes are designed to facilitate young people to grow their empathy, critical thinking, and digital citizenship.

These skills are essential not just to young people’s engagement with digital technologies, but also in their day-to-day lives and relationships, supporting their personal and social development, their values, and their ability to connect with others positively.

What’s more, this work will secure the future prosperity and attractiveness of Ireland at the forefront of innovation, enterprise, and digital transformation, by creating a highly skilled and empowered pipeline of young entrepreneurs and leaders.

Foróige is a youth development organisation engaging over 50,000 young people and 5,500 volunteers. We are a powerful force for good in communities across Ireland.
