Poppies and Me

Poppiesandme is a vibrant collective of photographers, Johannes, Ciara, and Kate and Sean. All highly skilled and talented photographers with countless years between them in the Irish Wedding scene. Together they have so many loves that keep them inspired by travelling, writing, music, last minute camping adventures and of course spending time with their loved ones. They all have a deep love of nature and being connected with the outdoors. As a group of colleagues and friends, They love a good catch up over copious cups of tea or beers if the occasion arises.

As the Poppiesandme Team, photography isn’t just a job to them, it is a passion.
They believe there is nothing more powerful and wonderful than that of human connection. For them, capturing those brief fleeting moments and connections between you both and your guests is an honour.
For most of the day, they are unobtrusive, capturing your day in a documentary style. They gather your story as it happens and always aim to have you back to the party with lots of time to spare. They do not believe in hugging trees for hours on end.

They love to work with natural light inside and out. They all love to embrace the Irish elements, trust them, they make for the most romantic images.
They adore all the love and excitement each wedding brings, be it a black tie-affair or a barn party, for them, the day is all about you and the love that surrounds you.
