First Fortnight: Notifications Off Workshop

A First Fortnight – Notifications Off Workshop will take place at the Hunt Museum on Friday 12th January from 11am – 12pm.
Visual artists Helen Delany and Brenda Aherne (AKA Electronic Sheep) created the knitted tapestry Notifications Off as a special commission by First Fortnight Festival and funded by The Arts Council of Ireland. The aim of the artwork is to open up a conversation around mental health awareness. In the research and making of the piece the artists were reminded of the importance of creativity to happiness and overall well being.
