Event: P/L Training – County Forum
Location: Castleconnel Campsite, Castleconnel Co Limerick
Date: 26th January to 28th January 2024
Time: 20:00 on 26th January to 13:00 on 28th January
Cost: €40.00 Per Scout
This event is aimed at the current Patrol Leaders or Assistant Patrol Leaders within your Troop only.
· If you have two patrols 4 Scout’s
· If you have three Patrols 6 Scouts
· If you have four patrols 8 Scouts
Please note this will be checked against the number of scouts on the database.
A Discussion on the shield will be held over the weekend so the Patrol leaders and Assistant patrols leaders should be the ones who will have a team on the shield.
Saturday as requested will have a Pioneering Training Element to the Day.
Participants can either Hammock, sleep under a Tarp or bring a small tent which will be pitched in the forest.
Participants must bring the following.
· Personal Equipment for camping
· Full set of Rain Gear You will be outside all of Saturday.
· Moria Knife or similar
· Notebook and Biro
· Eating and Drinking Utensils
· Full uniform (For Forum)
If you are sending a male and female scouts you must have male and female scouters on site for the weekend and I would hope they will help with the programme
Adult Scouters please bring your own Hammock, Tarp, or Tent and eating equipment.
Food will be provided for the duration of event.
