Fashion at the Palace to raise funds for Pallasgreen Community Centre

Style and glamour will be on display at the Strand Hotel on Thursday, February 13 at an exclusive fashion show called Fashion at the Palace to raise funds for the refurbishment of Pallasgreen Community Centre. This exclusive Beauty and Fashion event is an evening of glitz and glam, showcasing exclusive brands from the Midwest Region.

Celia Holman Lee’s models from the Holman Lee Agency Fashion at the Palace are to raise funds for Pallasgreen Community centre and will showcase all the top brands in the Mid-West. There will be celebrity guest appearances, local models, entertainment by the award-winning soprano Sinead O’Brien. Meet the Gorgeous Lorraine O Connell from First dates Ireland, who will be on hand to pick her favourite fashions. Prizes for Best Dressed lady, Glamorous Granny and best shoes and bag.

Walk the red carpet, in your finery, while receiving a glass of bubbles to kick start the night. Prosecco reception is at 6.30pm and show will start at 8pm. Exhibitions and shops on the night, goodie bags worth €200 including a €30 gift card for Brown Thomas for all who attend. Shop with an array of exhibitors before you take a seat, sit back and enjoy. 

DIOR will be showcasing at this event and are flying in the very talented David McCarthy Graham, (to meet all you lovely ladies) who will be opening the show with an exclusive masterclass, given lots of tips & tricks for your beauty regime. This is a first for Limerick, to have a couture brand, featuring in a beauty and fashion event. You will also get the opportunity to meet with David and ask him any questions you may have.

Following on from this, we have an exclusive range of brands, that do not normally showcase in fashion shows including participating brands – Oasis, Warehouse,  Mango, Cos, Tommy Hilfiger,  Mint Velvet,  Ted Baker,  Whistles,  Phase Eight, Hobbs, Resis and LK Bennett. The second half of the show is again packed with fashions, exclusive to the Midwest. White Feather Boutique, Sinead’s Boutique, Gretta Gibbs, Tony Connelly, Marion Murphy Cooney and Be Fabulous. 

All profits raised from this event are going to the refurbishment of Pallasgreen Community centre including Re-roofing and internal alterations/ refurbishment of this 19th Century protected schoolhouse building for use as a community centre. Helping to bring the community together under one roof! 

Doors open at 6.30 pm and Show 8 pm sharp. Tickets are now on sale for €50.
