The Limerick Lady & Limerick Pride present I Heart the Cranberries at Dolans

A loving tribute to the music of The Cranberries in Aid of Adapt House and Limerick Mental Health

A unique and very special concert will take place in Dolan’s Pub on July 5 as part of the popular ‘I Heart’ series. The series usually takes place in the well-known pub ‘Whelan’s’ in Dublin and has paid homage to huge stars such as Bowie and Elliot Smith. Of course, their tribute to the Cranberries, known as I Heart the Cranberries, could only take place in the hometown of their lead singer, the incredibly talented and late Dolores O’ Riordan.

Over twenty artists, coming from all over Ireland will gather at Dolan’s to pay tribute to Dolores O’ Riordan and the music of the Cranberries. Members of the audience are in for a treat, with unique renditions of the world’s favourite Cranberries songs. Dolan’s brilliant house band will bring an explosive performance of some of the band’s chart-topping anthems, aided by leading female vocalists from Limerick and beyond.

This event will not only celebrate Dolores O’ Riordan and the Cranberries, but will also be a celebration of diversity, women, the LGBTQ community and Irish music at its very best.

Tickets for the event were a bargain at only €12 per person. Not only will those who were lucky enough to get a tickket be in for a spectacular night of music, celebration and fun, but all profits will go to local charities ADAPT Domestic Abuse Services and Limerick Mental Health Association.

Dolan’s will open their doors at 8 pm. Keep in mind that capacity is limited, so ticket-holders should get in early on the night!

Be sure to follow ‘Limerick LGBTQ Pride’ and ‘The Limerick Lady’ on Facebook and Twitter for artists announcements and event updates.
