Shannon Heritage Easter weekend takes places April 1 and 2.

Headlining the Shannon Heritage Easter weekend will be the Wobbly Circus and Mr Boom’s drum and percussion show. The Wobbly Circus is a high-energy street circus show for all the family that combines slapstick comedy and clowning with a high level of circus skills. Mr Boom is renowned for his interactive and fun adventures where LOUD is more than allowed, it’s encouraged!  Konor the Klown is back entertaining everyone with his highly popular show including magic and puppets.

Other highlights each day include a 52-foot crocodile obstacle course, air juggler shooting alley, amazing stilt walkers and the chance to meet your favourite fairy tale characters! There will also be face painting, giant games, garden games and balloon modelling all designed to keep the little ones occupied.

In addition, train rides will be available at Bunratty Castle and Folk Park where visitors can also enjoy meeting the many Folk Park animals, including our newest arrivals Saoirse and Meabh, two new Irish Wolfhounds, who have become a national favourite thanks to their appearance on the Ray D’Arcy Show on RTE TV.

Each day is absolutely CHOC-full of activities, and topping it all off will be an Easter parade and an Easter bonnet / fancy dress competition. A full schedule of activities is available online or upon arrival.
