LMHA’s aims are to promote mental health awareness, to reduce the stigma that is attached to mental health, and to support people who experience mental health difficulties.

In May See Change, the National Stigma Reduction Partnership is rolling out a month long national green ribbon campaign to get people talking openly about mental health problems. You can collect your ribbons at the train station, various charity shops, Hunt Museum and at the Milk Market.

Limerick Mental Health is a non-profit organisation, which is affiliated to and shares the aims of Mental Health Ireland (MHI), a national voluntary organisation.
