Riverfest Limerick 2024 has announced the inclusion of the Pegasé show in this year’s festival which will see a giant winged Pegasus lead the charge in a spectacular city parade.

On Friday evening a giant winged Pegasus will leap straight out of Greek Mythology to strut its stuff along the banks of the River Shannon and through the city in a carnival-style parade that is not to be missed. With organises saying the spectacle is sure to invoke memories of the visit of the Giant Granny to Limerick ten years ago.

Riverfest Street Parties at Howley’s Quay will add a new outdoor party area for 2024 while the Riverfestival Village and Panoramic Wheel are among the many returning attractions. Savour the tastes at the National All Ireland BBQ Competition, catch bingo fever with Fidget Feet and turn on the style at FashionFest.
