Wellness workshops coming to Limerick with The Wellness Chick
Valerie Conway has a passion for all things wellness to the point that she has begun making a name for herself as the “Wellness Chick”. Her journey started not from birth but rather from struggle. Through her life, she has overcome a number of issues all of which pushed her further and further into the world of wellness.
From her time exploring the world of wellness, she has managed to overcome a life-threatening illnesses as well as an illness that threatened her quality of life. Because of her interest in wellness not only has she overcome each of these issues but also created a thriving life filled with love and passion.
Now, however, she doesn’t want to just live happily but also help others live a life full of wellness and happiness. One of the ways she is planning on bringing this to Limerick is through her brand new four-week long wellness workshops.
During the four weeks, you will focus on mindfulness, meditation, manifestation, uncovering limiting beliefs and gentle releases. These classes are suited to everyone, who wants a taste of the wellness world, especially if you can relate to any of the following;
- You want to improve your stress levels, relationships, finances or health.
- You recognise that you want to move forward in life but something keeps making you feel stuck.
- You need to manage self-sabotage, fear and overwhelm.
- You would like to improve your confidence and self-esteem.
- You know there is much more to life but you just can’t seem to manifest the life you want.
- You want to be living your life purpose.
- You want to learn how to be present and enjoy everything that life has to offer.
If any of the above resonates with you, or you even just want to give the world of wellness a whirl, then you should seriously consider attending one of the new wellness workshops starting this Thursday.
There are two classes to choose from a week, Thursday classes begin March 7th in Angelways, Castleconnell from 6:30 – 7:30 pm. The second class will take place every Friday starting on March 8th in the Urban Co-op, near the NCT Centre, Ballysimon from 6-7pm. Both courses are priced at €45 for the full four weeks of wellness and self-growth.
