“This track is about dealing with anxious, paranoid thoughts. It’s about having your head constantly in a fog, constantly overthinking the smallest interactions, and creating made-up arguments/hardships in your head. It’s about trying to manage the unnecessary frustrations built from having a lack of control. It’s almost like I’m speaking a mantra, that we often have to look at life through rose-tinted glasses in order to make it through difficult situations.”
Aaron began recording music at the age of fifteen. After releasing several singles, he entered RTE’s television program “The Hit” as a contestant. During his time on the show, musical artist Duke Special chose Aaron’s track “1969” as his pick to record and release. The song became a charting single for the Northern artist.
Since then, Aaron has released his 2018 album “Tides”, and 2021 album “public interest”. In 2021, Aaron received a first-class honours MA in Songwriting from the University of Limerick.
