Limerick fashion is a sector that is ever growing, developing and of course getting better! With new clothing stores opening its door ever year it can be hard to get your business off its feet but that hasn’t phased Belle Amy Boutique owner, Amy Hayes-Quill.
Having traveled home from Canada just last year Amy decided to take the biggest plunge of her life, opening her own store here in the heart of Limerick City. Amy has always been involved in the fashion industry in managerial roles for year however, felt she wanted to begin a new chapter in her life.
Having opened the doors of the boutique on 11 Sarsfield Street, the store is really beginning to thrive and stand on its own two feet. The store is open Tuesday to Saturday and Amy told me that “all ages” walk through her doors in search of “the perfect dress for all types of occasions.”
One of the brilliant parts to Belle Amy Boutique is that their sizes range from a 6 up as far as a 22. In todays ever-changing world having variety and selection to cater to everyone’s needs is a must and Belle Amy do just that!

Amy told me that Sinead O’Brien from Sineads Curvy Style recently ventured into her store and absolutely love the versatility of the store and its range! Sinead decided to feature Belle Amy is her recent sold out workshop in the Clarion Hotel a few weeks ago. Amy told me “it gave a real buzz to the store” and no doubt it helped getting the name out there!
Belle Amy Boutique is perfect for girls looking for a quirky debs dress to stand out in to mother of the bride dresses! Whatever your needs are Belle Amy is name and store that you need visit, as no doubt it has big things coming for the future!
