Haven Hub opens call for Volunteer Fundraising Team members
The Haven Hub is seeking passionate individuals to join their volunteer fundraising team
In a world where every act of kindness matters, The Haven Hub is bringing an opportunity to be part of something important as the mental health wellness organisation is seeking passionate individuals to join their volunteer fundraising team.
The impact of joining the team would go far beyond the fundraising efforts as the group says participants will acquire invaluable skills in business engagement, event planning, and communication while experiencing the satisfaction of making a positive difference in their community.
As a volunteer fundraiser, participants will take on various responsibilities including creatively designing posters to capture attention, extending a warm welcome to new volunteers, and serving as a liaison between businesses and the cause.

Volunteers will secure prizes and support for events, with their advocacy playing a pivotal role in promoting mental health courses that are changing lives.
Leah Melling, the new Volunteer Fundraising Co-ordinator, expressed her enthusiasm, saying “I am delighted to help lead this project as the Haven Hub provides vital services to the people of Limerick and Ennis. Looking forward to being part of this team.”
The Haven Hub invites individuals to take part and join their journey, working together to create a brighter future for all. Their collective efforts aim to empower lives, foster hope, and leave a lasting legacy of compassion.
Guided by compassion, the Haven Hub’s mission is to bring a range of mental health supports to the community without concerns about affordability. The organization offers a wide array of mental health courses and programs, designed to prevent crises before they occur. In times of crisis, trained volunteers are available to sit, listen, and validate feelings. Support is available to all, regardless of suicidal thoughts. All courses are provided to the general community at no cost
