Castlemahon Development Group is a community organization committed to improving the quality of life for its residents, with a focus on community engagement, support, and development. The group organizes events, fundraisers and initiatives that bring the community together while supporting important causes.

A spokesperson commented, “This year, we’re aiming to outshine our previous efforts with more fun and dancing, more burgers and hot chocolates and hopefully, more adorned glistening tractors and vehicles. We’re calling on the wonderfully generous people of West Limerick and beyond to join in the fun and show their support and allyship of the Down Syndrome community, either in-person along the route or if you can’t make the event, you can support virtually by following along on our socials or donating online on iDonate.”

The volunteers’ work and preparation continues in the village to make this year’s ‘Light Up the Sky’ the most successful and memorable yet and they can’t wait to see you there! Join them as we light up the holiday season and celebrate the strength and spirit of our community.
