LP will also showcase its ’20 Years of Change’ print portfolio alongside its Winter Print Fair this year.

LP’ ‘20 Years of Change’ print portfolio project was conceived in 2019 as part of the studios’ 20th anniversary celebrations, and once again brought together Limerick Printmakers with The Ink Shop & Olive Branch Press in Ithaca (NY) following a previous exchange ten years before.

The advent of COVID 19 saw multiple lockdowns, and the production of LP’ ‘20 Years of Change’ by the eighteen LP studio members involved with the project became a testament to the determination to create during what remains an unfathomable period in global history.

The results speak for themselves, with the body of work showcasing a range of print & photographic processes by the following talented LP studio members:

Norah Brennan, Eva Byrne, Christopher Cleary, Jennifer Cummins, Aine Finnegan, Helena Grimes, Carol Kennedy, Cecily Kenny, David Lilburn, Sorcha Lynch, Laura O’ Loughlin, Tony O’ Loughlin, Ultan McAvinue, Fiona Quill, Rowena Quill, Verona Stellet, Clodagh Twomey, and Isabella Walsh.

Only one print from each artists’ edition is available to purchase.

This is the first time ’20 Years of Change’ has been exhibited in Limerick & LP would like to dedicate it to David Lilburn, the exceptionally talented artist & LP member, who sadly passed away in July 2021 & who took part in this project.

The fair will take place in Limerick Printmakers, Bridgeland House, 3 Johns Square, Limerick, V94 FE06.
